“I have to do everything because I know he won’t.”  “It’s easier to just let her do it because she’d probably tell me I did it wrong anyway.” One fascinating piece to the passive/strong-willed dynamic is that both people feel that it’s their partner’s fault. In essence, they feel they “have to” be this way for the good of the relationship. But there is hope to escape the blame game.
